Group preparations:

For the group preparations:
1. In this moment, the most important part of the preparation is the country research on the youth policy. For this research, with your groups, look for:
- The main policies, programmes, strategies for youth in your country
- The structured dialogue structures created by the local authorities at the local level (in your city, in your region)
- European youth policy transfer at the local level – maybe projects, NGOs’ programmes, even policies, programmes and strategies launched by the local authorities.

The results of your research should be presented in a power point presentation (maximum 3 minutes) and also write down the facts in some articles, papers, documents…. , as these info will be used while writing the Declaration.

2. For the countries’ presentation and the intercultural evening – it is up to you and to your group what are you going to prepare…..
3. For the NGO market, as we will invite the local NGOs to the event, please, prepare a max 3 minutes power point presentation, focused on 3 project ideas (as this activity aims at networking)
4. For the sports’ activities – bring some comfortable clothes and shoes.
5. The concert of Analia Selis – will take place in the Philharmonic of Craiova (she is Argentinean and she will sing international X-mas carols).
6. For the Black and White party – make sure that you have at least something black/white to wear 
7. For the masks’ New Year’s Eve – come with creative and funny outfits and, more important, with funny ideas.
